Frequently asked questions

Does anything go to my customer without me checking it?

No. Korda Pro shows you every quote, invoice and variation in the chat first. Nothing goes to your customer until you say so.

What if Korda Pro gets something wrong?

Talk through the job the way you'd explain it to a mate. Korda Pro prices it using your hourly rate and markup. If anything's off, reply with the change, like "make labour 4 hours", and it redrafts.

Do my customers need WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is just for you. Your customers get quotes, invoices and reminders by email and SMS.

Do I need Xero?

No. If you use Xero, quotes and invoices are saved there automatically, and paid invoices are marked off in Xero. Without Xero, they're kept in your Korda Pro portal, and 10% GST is added.

Do I need to replace my job management app?

No. Korda Pro isn't job management. Keep your diary in whatever app, calendar or notebook you use now, and Korda Pro handles quotes, variations, invoices and getting paid alongside it.

What happens after the free trial?

There's no card to start, so nothing is charged automatically. If you stay, it's $29 a month for your first 3 months if you start your trial before 1 January 2027, then $49 a month excluding GST. It's month-to-month; you can cancel any time, and there's a 30-day money-back guarantee.
